Why me?

Like many of my wonderful friends in the leadership and coaching world - I am unique.  I bring a special blend of humour and warmth, intuition and straight talking, skill and experience - with co-created trust at the very heart of the work I do.  I like to connect with my clients wherever they find themselves in their life and leadership journey and I care deeply about their wellbeing and their path to success however they define it.


I am good at listening to what people say and think they mean - and especially good at hearing what they really mean! This enables deeper exploration, growth and transformation. My own transformational journey affords me a deep appreciation for the almost-equal exchange of joy and challenge, and the requirement of determination, vulnerability and strength that it takes to pursue a transformational journey in order to realise the tangible effects.
